Cialis (containing tadalafil) is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men - now available over the counter.

It works by increasing blood flow to the penis following sexual stimulation, helping to achieve and maintain an erection. Cialis should be taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity, and its effects can last up to 36 hours. The medication is not effective without sexual arousal. Cialis is not suitable for individuals with certain health conditions, including heart disease, low blood pressure, or those taking nitrates. Always consult a healthcare provider before use. 

Cialis for men is not recommended for continuous daily use. Men who anticipate using this medicinal product frequently (i.e., at least twice weekly) should consult their physician to discuss whether a once daily regimen with the lowest doses of tadalafil would be more suitable.

Cialis for men may be taken with or without food.
