Prescription Delivery Terms of Service:

Medicines Delivered Pharmacy reserves the right to introduce a charge for the delivery service at any time. Any such change will be notified to you in writing in advance of the change.

All deliveries are offered for prescription orders received. These times and days are at the discretion of the pharmacy. All deliveries will be agreed with the customer in advance. All deliveries outside of scheduled times will be at the pharmacy’s discretion and may attract a delivery charge.

It is the responsibility of the patient to ensure that they or their representative are present at the agreed delivery time. If the delivery driver is unable to make delivery at the agreed time every effort will be made to contact the patient by telephone. If the pharmacy is unable to contact the patient and the delivery driver cannot make delivery this may mean that the pharmacy will be unable to deliver the medication on another occasion. In such instances it is the patient’s responsibility to arrange an alternative method of delivery or collection.
