What is Fexofenadine Hydrochlorid?
Fexofenadine Hydrochloride is a second generation antihistamine tablet designed to treat allergy symptoms such as sneezing, nasal symptoms such as blocked, runy or ithcy noses and eye symptoms including itchy, red and watery eyes.
These symptoms can be often caused by hayfever, (seasonal allergic rhinitis) animal dander and other allergies. Fexofanadine is the least-sedating of the available antihistamines, meaning it's not likely to make you drowsy. It can be used by adults and children aged ovedr 12 years old, with a once daily dosage.

How to use
- Take one tablet each day
- Take with some water, before a meal
Warnings and precautions
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets if:
- You have problems with your liver or kidneys
- You have or ever had heart disease, since this kind of medicine may lead to a fast or irregular heartbeat
- You are elderly
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
- If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
- Do not take Fexofenadine Tablets if you are pregnant.
- Fexofenadine Tablets are not recommended during breast-feeding.
Driving and using machines
- Fexofenadine Hydrochloride Tablets is unlikely to affect your ability to drive or operate machinery.
- However, you should check that these tablets do not make you feel sleepy or dizzy before driving or operating machinery.

Active ingredients
Each tablets contains Fexofenadine Hydrochloride 120mg
Tablet core: Lactose monohydrate, Low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, Pregelatinised starch, Colloidal anhydrous silica, Microcrystalline cellulose, Croscarmellose sodium, Magnesium stearate.
Film-coating: Hypromellose, Povidone, Titanium dioxide, Iron oxide Red, Iron oxide Yellow and Macrogol 400
